With the law on our side
We know the internet inside out. And we rely on the law.
We have worked on the internet for many years with 3CWeb and know how it works from the inside. Every removal is based on a specific rule, and when a case requires it we work with a law firm.

- LO 1/1982 Right to honour, privacy and one's own image (Spain)
- LO 2/1984 Right of reply and correction (Spain)
- Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 Digital Services Act: reporting illegal content

Frequently asked questions
Can you help me if I do not live in Spain?
Yes. Most of our English-speaking clients live abroad: foreign residents who have left Spain, investors and business owners with interests here, and Spaniards who now live in another country. We work remotely, by email, WhatsApp or video call, and we deal with Spanish platforms, media outlets and authorities in Spanish on your behalf.
I am not Spanish. Does the right to be forgotten apply to me?
Data protection law in the European Union (the GDPR) protects any person whose data is processed by a search engine or a website established in the EU, whatever their nationality or country of residence. If the content is about you and is published or indexed in Spain, you can exercise your rights here, and if a search engine refuses, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Do I need to speak Spanish or travel to Spain?
No. We explain everything in English and write the requests, appeals and complaints in Spanish for you. Sometimes a document (for example a court decision from another country) needs an official translation; if that happens in your case, we tell you beforehand.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the content, the platform and the legal route, so we do not publish generic prices. After the free analysis you receive a fixed quote in writing, with no surprises, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Can you guarantee that the content will be removed?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. The final decision belongs to Google, the platform, the media outlet, the AEPD or a court. What we do is study your case honestly, take on only what has real prospects and tell you clearly if it does not.
Is everything confidential?
Yes. Only the person handling your case sees your details, we never mention you as a client and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What if the website is outside Spain or the EU?
There are still options: the hosting provider, the domain registrar, copyright notices and delisting from Google results shown in the European Union. The limits are real, and we explain them before you commit to anything.
