I run 3CWeb Marketing Online, a specialist digital marketing agency based near Madrid, and I have been working on the internet for many years. I know how Google decides what to show, how social networks and platforms work and how information spreads. Over time, more and more clients came to us with the opposite of the usual problem: they did not want to appear more, they wanted something to stop appearing.

I trained in IT, I am an SEO analyst, a court-appointed IT forensic expert (perito judicial informático) and I hold a master's degree in cybersecurity. As an SEO analyst I have spent years studying how Google ranks each result, which is exactly what you need to understand to make it stop showing what harms you. It also allows me to do something a marketing agency cannot: certify what is published online (profiles impersonating you, messages, posts, websites) as evidence and defend that report in a Spanish court if necessary.

I always rely on the law: data protection, the right to be forgotten, the right to honour and the rules of each platform. And when a case requires it, because a claim has to be filed in court or civil or criminal action is needed, I work with a law firm that takes the case forward with the evidence already certified.

Many of the people who contact us are not Spanish, or no longer live in Spain: foreign residents, investors, business owners and Spaniards abroad who find that something published here keeps following them. We work with them remotely and in English, and we deal with Spanish platforms, media and authorities on their behalf.
