What data we process and why

• Forms and tools: name, phone number, email address, the description of your case, the links you send us and, if you use a tool, your answers. We use them to study your case, reply to you and, if you hire us, provide the service.
• Clients: in addition, the data needed for invoicing and, where necessary, a copy of your identity document to prove to third parties that we are acting on your behalf.
• Analytics: only if you accept cookies, aggregated browsing data to know which pages are useful.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, the performance of the contract when you are a client, and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an assignment, a maximum of 12 months. Client data, for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law. Copies of identity documents are deleted when the case is closed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. To provide the service, we disclose it only to those strictly necessary for your case (for example, the platform to which a request is addressed, or the Spanish Data Protection Agency in a complaint). We use providers that process data on our behalf: web hosting and email, with servers in the European Union, and a messaging service (Telegram) to receive the internal notice of each new enquiry.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to info@olvidum.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD (www.aepd.es).
