First, keep evidence: dated screenshots, the profile link and any messages it has sent. Then report it on the platform for the right reason, which is impersonation, and warn your contacts that it is not you. We take care of all of it and, if needed, certify the profile before it is deleted.

It can be. Under Spanish law, if someone persistently poses as you using your identity, it may amount to identity usurpation under Article 401 of the Spanish Criminal Code.
